Dinghy Cruising - Roger Barnes

‘‘British people are lucky enough to live on an island surrounded by a primeval wilderness: untamed, ever-changing and awesome in its power and beauty. Where it confronts our land, the vast desert of the sea becomes a place of shoals and shallows, estuaries and creeks, intensely varied and utterly fascinating. Roger argues that the best way to explore our coastline is in a small and light camping dinghy, that can creep deep into the shallows and find places of calm and solitude away from the crowds, away from the stresses of modern life. This is available to anyone with a modest boat and a spirit of adventure."

Roger will speak to us from France via Zoom, which will be projected in the clubhouse and also accessible on Zoom.  We encourage members to attend the clubhouse and catch up with friends there.
