Summer BBQ at the Clubhouse

Our annual Summer BBQ at Papercourt

• Bar opens:  19:30 hrs... reminder:  payment for drinks is by card ONLY (no cash).
• Barbecue open from 20:00 hrs.
• Cost per person: £12.50 ... please pre-pay into the club bank account quoting your name as reference.  There will be no cash payments on the evening.
  
• Cost includes meats, salads and dessert.  There will be a vegetarian/fish  option. 
  
• Please bring your own plates, bowls and cutlery.

Booking/registration is via the website.  For couples, just one member need register and give the 'number of meals' as 2 and also add both names.  Any dietary requirements must be provided during the booking process.

Pre-payment of £12.50 per person, which can be £25.00 total for a couple, must be made to the club bank account quoting your name as reference.  Bank details can be found here

If you intend eating, it is essential that you book in advance no later than Friday, 1st July so we can determine the quantity of food to purchase.  No bookings after this date.

All members are welcome on the evening, even if you do not want to eat.

Note:  As in previous years, if you book to eat but cancel on or after Friday, 1st July or don't turn up on the night, we regret that no refunds are possible.
