This intrepid yachtsman has been a lifelong solo sailor and circumnavigated at the age of 22 on a Tartan 27. In 2013 he purchased a classic American offshore racing yacht, a Morgan 40 'MONOTOMBI', that was in the Great Lakes and sailed her to the UK single handed in 2015, where she has been a regular in the Round The Island Race.
He is a teacher at Reeds School and also a RYA Instructor and Examiner.
