Photo Server User Guide
We now have an account at photobucket where all members can log in and upload their own photos for all to see.
The account login is 'guildfordsailing' and the password is the same as for the member's area. Please remember that by uploading your photos
you are agreeing for them to be viewable worldwide. We also may use one or two on this website.
Logging on & Navigation

As the window in the middle says, there are no pictures here. This is because they are all sorted into albums according to programme and GCCC event.
On the left hand side, you will find links to each programme, which you can click on to find the picture albums.
You dont have to log on to view the pictures but you do have to log on if you wish to add pictures. The link to log on is at the top right of the screen.
As soon as you are logged on you will be presented with the uploading window. Please note that photos are always uploaded to the album that you are currently viewing
so if you are not careful, you could upload them in the wrong place (Don't worry if you get it wrong, it is easy to move them afterwards).
Click on a programme and you will be presented with a list of each GCCC event that has been added so far.
If you wish to add pictures to an event that you cannot see then you can simply add that event to the bottom of the list and press 'save'
Viewing & Uploading Pictures
Once you are in the album whose event you wish to view/add to you will see all the current photos at the bottom of the screen. Click on one to get a full size view.
To upload pictures, press one of the browse buttons to find the picture you want to upload and then press the 'upload' button. Notice you can upload 3 pictures at a time.
If you want to upload more, press the 'add more' button first. This will let you upload 20 pictures at a time.
If this isnt enough, you can try the bulk uploader.
Before you press the 'upload' button, please check that you are in the album that you want the pictures to reside in because they will be uploaded to the current album.
